Terms & Conditions

For Cats

Health

  • Cats over eight months of age must be neutered or spayed

  • Cats must be in a fit and healthy condition on arrival. Any cat showing signs of ill health on arrival will be refused boarding, with no refunds offered.

  • All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Feline Influenza. If your cat is to be vaccinated for the first time or their vaccinations have lapsed, you will need to allow 5 weeks from the date of the first injection in order for them to be fully vaccinated before their stay.

  • Current vaccination certificates must be provided for the duration of your cat’s stay.

  • Collars must be removed on arrival 

  • All cats must arrive in a safe and secure pet carrier.

  • Cats must be treated for fleas and worms at least three days before their stay using veterinary recommended products and not over the counter remedies.

  • If your cat is found to have fleas or worms we will contact your vet and you will be liable for all fees incurred.

  • We can administer medication as long as they are clearly marked with the cat’s name, instructions for use, dosage rates and times, and accompanied by details of the condition being treated.

  • If we are at all concerned about the health of your pet we will contact a vet, preferably yours. Vets fees incurred due to a pre-existing condition or unrelated to their stay will be the responsibility of the owner. Veterinary advice will be the deciding factor.

  • Our insurance covers veterinary bills up to our policy limit.

On arrival, please ensure you have:

  • Current vaccination certificates

  • Any necessary grooming supplies

  • If required, sufficient supply of any medication or prescription food with clear instructions for administering.

            Terms and Conditions for other Pets

  • Pets, where possible, must be neutered or spayed (except for same sex boarders)

  • Pets must be in a fit and healthy condition on arrival. Any pet showing signs of ill health on arrival may be refused boarding, with no refunds offered.

  • All pets must arrive in a safe and secure pet carrier.

  • We can administer medication as long as it is clearly marked with the pet's name, instructions for use, dosage amount and times, and accompanied by details of the condition being treated.

  • If we are at all concerned about the health of your pet we will contact a vet, preferably yours. Vets fees incurred due to a pre-existing condition or unrelated to their stay will be the responsibility of the owner. Veterinary advice will be the deciding factor.

  • Our insurance covers veterinary bills up to our policy limit.

Uncollected Pets

In the case of any pets not being collected within seven days of the agreed collection date, we will contact the emergency contact. Should collection not be made within 24 hours we reserve the right to gift the pet to a suitable animal charity for re-homing. Any fees, including boarding fees, veterinary fees, medication or any other expenses will be liable to be paid to Holidays4Pets.

Late collection

Should you wish to extend your pets stay beyond the dates that you have booked please telephone us as early as possible to see if we have availabilty.

If you are late collecting your pet without having agreement, we will contact your emergency contact and arrange collection on your behalf. Your emergency contact must be aware that they may be required to care for your pet if your are unexpectedly delayed.

 

Pet sharing an area must be from the same family.

 

Both the day of arrival and day of departure are charged as full days.

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are charged at double rate.

Tariff includes heating, meals from our menu, light grooming, litter, text and photo updates, insurance, and of course… cuddles and playtime.

 

 

Balance is payable before or on the day of arrival. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

 

Guests details are kept on our booking software, including dietary preferences, vet’s details and emergency contacts, we also log details of any medication or special requirements.

  • A non refundable deposit of £10 will be charged upon booking. Should you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the start date you will be charged the full balance.​
